Lighten your load

Do you feel like a pack mule to carry around a heavy burden? It is no wonder we are always tired with the burden of most of us carry. Not only the physical things that we carry but also emotional and mental burden of the things we carry in our heads. Every day when I go to work, I see people burdened down with backpacks, briefcases, laptop bags, wallets, bags, rolling carts and more! Why is everyone always bring so much stuff? Maybe your job is like that you should take all that home documents with you every night. But whether you're working on it or you are too tired? So what happened? You bring it back to work the next day! We brought home a laptop to work on them but do we? You bring workout clothes, water bottles, cd, books, extra shoes and a ton of other stuff "just in case". Ask yourself how you would feel if you do not have all this with you every day?
How is your house? A lot of stuff in there too? Are you a rat pack store things for a rainy day? Magazine piling up for days you have time to read it? Clothes are hung in the closet that you have not worn in years? Box packaged goods that you do not even know what they are anymore? Junk mail piling up on the table?
Having a lot of stuff around you mess up your mind. This is starting to overwhelm you and you do not know where to start. You begin to worry about it, what to do with it, a place to put it. Soon you can even think about it again and then just continued to deteriorate.
